IPDC Finance PLC is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst for Affordable Home Loans in Rajshahi to conduct property valuations, evaluate borrower creditworthiness, assess technical risks, and draft credit memos.
✅ Responsibilities
- Review and conduct credit risk assessments for proposals, focusing on property valuation, approved plan measurements, and marketability analysis.
- Conduct Contact Point Verification (CPV), income visits, business location inspections, and prepare evaluation reports.
- Analyze loan applicants' credit data and financial details to determine financing risks.
- Prepare Credit Memos for Affordable Home Loan applications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, branch offices, operations, and legal departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory standards.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in banking or leasing business areas (fresh graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Key competencies: Credit risk analysis, quantitative skills, property valuation, financial statement evaluation, and stakeholder liaison.
