Yummy Cake is hiring an enthusiastic Baking Assistant in Rajshahi to join its cake and bakery production team, assist in baking and decoration, and maintain kitchen hygiene.
✅ Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and decorating various cakes and bakery items.
- Help with cake batch mixing, frosting, icing, and decorative finishing.
- Maintain clean, hygienic standards in the kitchen and bakery area.
- Learn and apply new recipes and baking techniques under kitchen guidance.
- Work shift hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (6 to 10 hours daily, 5 or 6 days a week).
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Open for interested candidates with basic literacy.
- Experience: Preference given to experienced candidates; keen learners/freshers are also eligible.
- Key competencies: Passion for baking, cleanliness, responsibility, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive learning attitude.

- Monthly salary range: Tk. 6,000 - 10,000 (determined by skill and experience level).
