Padmazon Limited is looking for 3 creative and skilled Video Editors for their Marketing Team to produce engaging, high-converting, and sales-focused video content for social media platforms

• Create and edit sales-focused video content, ads, Reels, and Shorts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Craft high-converting ad creatives highlighting product features, benefits, USPs, offers, and CTAs using varied hooks and opening styles.
• Produce multiple creative variations of videos using different hooks, offers, angles, and editing styles.
• Conduct basic video shooting, capturing product close-ups, details, and B-roll using proper camera, lighting, and audio setups.
• Handle cutting, pacing, storytelling, captions, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to align with campaign briefs and suggest creative visual concepts.
• Analyze published ad performance and social media trends to continuously improve future video content.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor/Honors or Diploma (may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio).
• Experience: Up to 1 year; freshers with strong skills are welcome.
• Technical proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of color correction, audio editing, visual effects, motion graphics, framing, lighting, and video aesthetics.
• Age limit: 18 to 30 years.
