Assistant Technical Officer

National Development Programme (NDP) is hiring an Assistant Technical Officer for the "Promoting Resilient Green Growth in Dairy Sub-sector through ensuring RECP" sub-project under the SMART project, jointly funded by World Bank, PKSF, and NDP. 

• Assist the Project Manager in implementing project activities and identifying potential microenterprises (MEs).
• Provide technical support at the cluster level and set up demonstrations for MEs.
• Assist in preparing training manuals, leaflets, case stories, and monthly/annual progress reports.
• Organize training, field days, workshops, seminars, and Environment Club meetings.
• Conduct regular field visits to track MEs' progress and maintain linkages with government departments (DAE, DLS, DOE).

• Diploma in Livestock, Food, or Agriculture.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Livestock/Dairy sector.
• Experience with PKSF or multi-lateral development partner-funded projects is preferred.
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office.
• Maximum 35 years of age as of the application deadline.

• thly consolidated salary of BDT 30,000.
• Festival Bonus, Bangla Noboborsho allowance, and Mobile allowance as per project policy.
