Technical Officer (Engineer)

RDRS Bangladesh is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of "Technical Officer (Engineer)" for its Project Management Unit (PMU) of the GCF & PKSF Funded ECCCP-Drought project at Niamatpur Upazilla of Naogaon District. Key responsibilities include providing technical expertise for constructing and maintaining water infrastructure (such as ponds, canal re-excavation, rooftop MAR, and pond MAR implementations), preparing detailed technical specifications and bills of materials, supervising contractors, ensuring quality control, and conducting community training. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geology along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or water resources management projects.
