RDRS Bangladesh is seeking applications for the position of Loan Officer for its Micro-enterprise Programme from experienced and non-experienced persons. Responsibilities include preparing and setting up annual plans for ME loans, identifying entrepreneurs, training participants on financial literacy, preparing client profiles and loan proposals, disbursing loans, ensuring 100% recovery, and collecting savings and loan repayments. Candidates must have a Masters degree, the ability to drive a motorcycle, and are required to deposit Tk. 20,000 as security money (25% at joining, rest via 10 equal monthly deductions).
