EA Agro is hiring 8 Sales Officers to drive sales and expand the market for electrical products, consumer goods, water pumps, and other assigned products. Selected candidates will work at district and upazila levels in their assigned areas.

• Sell electrical products, consumer goods, water pumps, and other assigned products.
• Develop and expand the market within assigned territories.
• Conduct field visits to customers and potential buyers.
• Work regularly across assigned districts and upazilas.
• Perform B2B and B2C sales and marketing activities.

• Bachelor/Honors degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in agro-based firms, including agro-processing, seeds, or related businesses, is relevant.
• Age at least 26 years.
• Only male candidates can apply.
• Must be willing and able to work in the field.
• Must be capable of travelling regularly within assigned areas.
• Skills in retail sales, B2B and B2C sales, and marketing.

• Travel Allowance (TA).

• Festival bonuses, applicable after successfully completing the first six months and becoming a permanent employee.
