✅ Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to dealers and farmers.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and maintain existing relationships.
- Contribute to annual sales and marketing plans.
- Organize marketing events and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with daily marketing activities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns within the agreed timelines.
- Identify customer trends and develop effective communication strategies.
- Monitor the performance of sales and marketing activities.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Bachelor/Honors degree.
- Age between 23 and 30 years.
- Only male candidates can apply.
- Skills in sales, marketing, client service, and relationship management.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and support marketing campaigns.
