Keya Tours & Travels is hiring a Sr. Executive (Student Consultancy) to manage student and tourist visa processing, provide professional consultancy, coordinate with embassies and related authorities, and ensure smooth end-to-end visa application services
✅ Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for international destinations.
- Prepare, verify, and organize client documents according to embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS, consulates, and relevant authorities.
- Provide professional consultation on student and tourist visa procedures.
- Ensure visa applications are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Bachelor's/Honors or Master's degree.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Experience in Travel Agency or Tour Operator organizations.
- Practical experience in visa processing and immigration services.
- Strong knowledge of Student Visa and Tourist Visa processing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, documentation, and reporting.
- Strong client handling, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
