Branch Manager

Retrox Fashion Limited is hiring a Branch Manager for its Banasree branch in Dhaka. The selected candidate will oversee daily branch operations, lead the sales team, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.
• Oversee inventory and product management.
• Ensure high-quality customer service.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.

• Education: HSC or Bachelor/Honors (educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates).
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager in a fashion brand is mandatory.
• Experience in fashion brands, retail brands, boutique, chain shops, or retail stores is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product management, inventory management, and customer service.
• Computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Smart and presentable personality.
• Age: 20–35 years.
