Student Counselor

OK Immigration Inc. is a professional global education and consultancy firm led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). The company is seeking an experienced, proactive, and target-driven Student Counselor for its Chattogram branch to provide expert guidance and counseling to prospective students and guardians looking for international higher education opportunities.

• Manage the reception desk and handle inquiries from walk-in clients.
• Conduct comprehensive face-to-face, telephone, and online counseling sessions for students and their guardians.
• Follow up regularly with generated leads across digital and marketing channels to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Guide clients on study destinations, admission requirements, financial guidelines, study gaps, and application cycles.
• Assist students throughout the application process, from university selection and draft preparation to study permit application documentation.
• Maintain active communication with universities, B2B partners, students, and internal departments.
• Help the digital marketing team with promotional ideas, pathways content, and sharing success testimonials.

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in immigration, visa processing, or education consultancy services.
• Comprehensive counseling knowledge of at least one destination among Canada, the UK, and New Zealand (multi-country knowledge is highly preferred).
• Practical knowledge of university admission guidelines, financial matrices, English proficiency requirements, and study gap allowances.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bangla, alongside effective English writing skills.
• Age: 22 to 30 years.
• Gender: Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
• Experience working with CRM frameworks, managing leads, and follow-up communication pipelines is preferred.
