Senior Engineer

Race Online Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join its Rajshahi Zonal Office Customer Support team. The candidate will lead regional technical support operations, maintain service delivery, and manage network infrastructure and technical teams.

• Lead and manage the Regional Technical Support Team.
• Hands-on network deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Configure and troubleshoot multi-vendor routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewall devices.
• Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi solutions.
• Lead onsite troubleshooting, customer migrations, and service restoration.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare technical designs, and implementation plans.
• Manage service delivery while ensuring SLA and quality compliance.
• Handle escalated technical issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Monitor network performance, perform RCA, and implement preventive solutions.
• Coordinate with NOC, Core, Transmission, Field Support, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and implementation reports.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/IT/EEE/Telecommunication) from any recognized university.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in ISP or Telecommunication industry (Senior Engineer/Team Lead role preferred).
• Strong expertise in networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, QoS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor network devices (Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, etc.).
• Experience in enterprise LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi design, deployment, and support.
• Age limit: 25 to 35 years old.
• Gender: Male.
• Willingness to travel and work at field locations in the Rajshahi region.
