Home Mega Design & Development Limited is seeking experienced male candidates for the position of Project Engineer / Site Engineer in Rajshahi. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, technical supervision, quality control, and site management for residential and commercial real estate projects.
✅ Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction crews, manage site activities, monitor material quality/usage, and maintain safety protocols.
- Review construction drawings, conduct quality inspections, solve technical field issues, and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Prepare daily progress reports, document site activities, track milestones, and maintain labor and material usage records.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and project execution.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: BSc or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Developer, Real Estate, or Real Estate Startup sectors.
- Age limit: 22 to 40 years.
- Gender: Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
- Expertise in project management, quality control audit, site supervision, and technical documentation.
