QA/QC Engineer

Sinamm Engineering Limited is seeking a qualified mid-level QA/QC Engineer for the Rajshahi Water Treatment Plant project in Godagari, Rajshahi. The position involves overseeing quality control processes, conducting structural inspections, and enforcing compliance with technical specifications and standards.

• Implement QA/QC plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and project documentation.
• Monitor civil construction works (concrete, reinforcement, formwork, earthwork, structural, and finishing) to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project consultants, contractors, and field teams.
• Review structural drawings, method statements, material submittals, and material test reports.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and testing laboratories while maintaining accurate QA/QC inspection records.

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a reputed university.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in civil construction QA/QC, material testing, and non-conformance management.
• Age between 25 to 30 years.
• Good command of oral and written English, along with proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to work in remote project locations and challenging site environments.
