Medical Officer

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) Health Sector is recruiting a competent female Medical Officer for the "Ahsania Mission Female Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center" in Shyamoli, Dhaka. The position involves overseeing daily medical operations, primary healthcare, and addiction recovery support for clients. 

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and routine activities of the center's medical department.
• Prepare periodic work plans and daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.
• Provide primary healthcare services, check vital signs (BP, temperature, diabetes, weight), and manage withdrawal symptoms or abscesses.
• Facilitate client orientation, withdrawal management, and provide mental health support alongside psychosocial counselors.
• Conduct at least two weekly awareness sessions on HIV/AIDS, STIs, and general healthcare for clients.
• Maintain safety, universal precautions/bio-safety protocols, and proper inter-departmental linkages within the center.

• MBBS degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum CMU certificate from a reputed institution.
• Experience in medicine and Ultrasonography.
• Maximum age limit of 45 years; open to female candidates only.
• Note: Smokers need not apply.

Monthly consolidated salary of BDT 30,000.
