Manager - Poultry Breeder Farm

ARMAN Feeds & Fisheries Ltd is looking for an experienced Manager - Poultry Breeder Farm to oversee breeder farm operations, ensure optimum hatching egg production, maintain flock health, implement biosecurity measures, and lead farm staff for efficient and productive operations.

• Supervise daily breeder farm operations to achieve targeted hatching egg production.
• Monitor flock health, feed intake, lighting, ventilation, and vaccination schedules.
• Oversee collection, grading, and dispatch of hatching eggs to the hatchery.
• Maintain strict biosecurity and farm hygiene standards.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, feed, medicines, and farm resources.
• Lead, train, and supervise farm staff for efficient performance.
• Maintain accurate farm records and prepare regular operational reports.
• Coordinate with veterinary and hatchery teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit procedures, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's/Honors degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry is required.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Agro-based firms, Dairy, Farming, Fisheries, Hatchery, or Poultry industries.
• Age: 30–45 years.
• Only male candidates are eligible.
• Strong skills in farm operations and records management.
