Asst. Manager/Manager - GP Hatchery

Nahar Agro Group is seeking an experienced Asst. Manager/Manager - GP Hatchery to oversee GP hatchery operations, maximize hatchability and chick quality, maintain biosecurity standards, and lead hatchery staff to ensure efficient production.

• Supervise day-to-day GP hatchery operations.
• Monitor egg setting, incubation, hatching, and chick handling processes.
• Ensure maximum hatchability and high-quality chick production.
• Maintain optimal environmental conditions inside the hatchery.
• Implement and maintain biosecurity measures to prevent disease risks.
• Train, supervise, and manage hatchery staff.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and performance records.
• Ensure safe and efficient hatchery operations.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Animal Husbandry degree.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the Hatchery industry.
• Minimum age: 32 years.
• Only male candidates are eligible.
• Direct experience in GP hatchery operations will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of hatchery equipment and modern incubation technologies.
• Good communication and team management skills.
