Head of Factory (Consumer)

Deeplaid Laboratories Ltd. is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Head of Factory (Consumer) / Product Development Executive to manage cosmetic and personal care product formulation, testing, scale-up, and commercial manufacturing at their state-of-the-art facility in Sonargaon, Narayanganj. 

• Develop and optimize formulations for cosmetic and personal care products (creams, lotions, gels, shampoos, conditioners, face washes, serums, body and hair care items).
• Conduct physical and chemical stability evaluations and monitor product parameters like pH, viscosity, and appearance.
• Scale up approved formulations from lab scale to commercial production and maintain batch manufacturing instructions.
• Evaluate raw materials for quality and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Production, QC, QA, Procurement, Packaging, and Marketing.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related scientific discipline from a reputed university.
• Age between 35 to 45 years.
• Strong research, documentation, and lab instrument handling capabilities.
• Good command of MS Office tools.
• Additional training in Cosmetic Formulation Development will be an advantage.
