Community Mobilization Officer (Civil Engineering)

MOUSUMI, a well-run microfinance organization implementing the GCF & PKSF-funded ECCCP-Drought project at Nachol Upazila of Chapainawabganj Zilla, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Community Mobilization Officer (Civil Engineering). Key responsibilities include establishing Climate Change Adaptation Groups (CCAGs), facilitating monthly meetings, organizing awareness campaigns on climate change and drought mitigation, providing on-site guidance for MAR-related work (boring, rainwater downpipe installation, reserve tank construction), and promoting climate-smart practices. Candidates must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
