Offshore Staffing Solution is seeking passionate individuals with strong spoken English skills for the position of Telesales And Marketing Executive. The role involves making outbound calls to international clients, setting appointments, and managing customer communications during night shifts.
✅ Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential international clients to promote services.
- Maintain professional client communications and build long-term relationships.
- Schedule appointments for the internal Business Development Team.
- Participate in regular communication and sales training sessions.
- Stay updated on market trends, client requirements, and company offerings.
- Work night shifts from Monday to Friday (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM).
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: HSC, A-Level, High School, O-Level, or Bachelor's degree.
- Language skills: Fluency in spoken English with strong listening and communication skills.
- Gender & Age: Open to all genders, aged 18 to 35 years.
- Key criteria: Willingness to work night shifts, confidence, team collaboration, and telesales capability.
