Senior Officer - Corporate Security

VFS Bangladesh Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Officer - Corporate Security to oversee security operations, manage security personnel, protect company assets, maintain security systems, and ensure a safe working environment across all Visa Application Centres (VACs)

• Manage guard force operations and supervise security personnel.
• Ensure safety and security of employees, visitors, vendors, and company assets.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, access control, and security systems.
• Implement and enforce corporate security policies and procedures.
• Handle security incidents, investigations, and compliance reviews.
• Conduct security inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate security awareness training for employees and contractors.
• Monitor information security compliance and incident reporting.
• Review security logs, ID administration, and monitoring activities.
• Support investigations related to security breaches and criminal activities.
• Maintain service standards and contractual security obligations.
• Assist in managing corporate information security operations.

• Bachelor's/Honors or Master's degree.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Group of Companies, Hotels, Multinational Companies, or Security Services.
• Age: 28–40 years.
• Military background or defense/security experience will be highly preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Basic IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in CCTV monitoring, access control systems, incident management, investigations, and physical security operations is preferred.
