Project Manager

LAMB is seeking a qualified female candidate for the position of Project Manager under its Community Health and Development Program (CHDP) for the PROGRESS project in Rajshahi. The Project Manager will lead project implementation, manage staff and budgets, and coordinate with government officials and local stakeholders to strengthen gender-responsive reproductive health services. 

• Oversee project work plans, intervention designs, adaptive management, and timely execution.
• Manage project finances, ensure fund tracking, and maintain compliance with donor guidelines.
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to project staff and community partners.
• Build strong coordination and networking with government health departments, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, track outcomes, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Master's degree in any discipline with an MPH from a recognized university (MBBS with MPH preferred).
• 6 to 7 years of professional experience in NGO program management.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in community health and development projects focused on SRHR, MNCH, and adolescent health.
• Female candidates only.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, financial management, reporting, and team supervision.
• Valid motorcycle driving license preferred.

• Monthly gross salary of Tk. 79,112.
• Provident fund, festival allowance (once per year), and critical illness & death benefits.
