Mental Health Volunteers

• Assist in organizing mental health awareness campaigns, seminars, and community outreach activities.
• Support awareness programs on child protection, anti-drug initiatives, gender equality, and prevention of child marriage.
• Participate in educational, health, and psychosocial support activities.
• Assist with beneficiary registration, surveys, and data collection.
• Help organize workshops, training sessions, and public events.
• Support emergency relief and humanitarian response during disasters.
• Prepare activity reports, photographs, and event documentation.
• Conduct community visits and maintain positive relationships with local stakeholders.
• Promote the mission and values of Moner Alo Society through ethical and professional conduct.
• Perform other volunteer duties assigned by the organization.

• Support the planning and implementation of community-based programs and events.
• Assist in organizing mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, seminars, and outreach activities.
• Conduct community visits and help mobilize participants for different programs.
• Raise awareness on mental health, child protection, anti-drug initiatives, gender equality, and other social issues.
• Assist in beneficiary registration, surveys, data collection, and needs assessments.
• Support training sessions by preparing materials, managing logistics, and assisting facilitators.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance sheets, and activity documentation.
• Capture photographs and collect success stories from project activities (with appropriate consent).
• Help prepare reports and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate with schools, colleges, local authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders when required.
• Support relief distribution and emergency response activities during natural disasters or humanitarian crises.
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of Moner Alo Society within the community.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity, privacy, and rights of beneficiaries.
• Follow organizational policies, safeguarding principles, and the volunteer code of conduct.
• Represent Moner Alo Society professionally and ethically at all times.
• Perform any other volunteer-related duties assigned by the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Passion for community service and humanitarian work.
• Interest in mental health, education, youth development, or social welfare.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet browsing) are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within project areas when required.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
• Previous volunteering or community engagement experience will be considered an added advantage.

• Certificate of Volunteer Service upon successful completion of the volunteer assignment.

• Practical experience in mental health, community development, and humanitarian activities.
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.

• Travel or field-related expenses may be reimbursed in accordance with organizational policies and approved project budgets.
