- Assist in organizing mental health awareness campaigns, seminars, and community outreach activities.

✅ Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of community-based programs and events.
- Assist in organizing mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Conduct community visits and help mobilize participants for different programs.
- Raise awareness on mental health, child protection, anti-drug initiatives, gender equality, and other social issues.
- Assist in beneficiary registration, surveys, data collection, and needs assessments.
- Support training sessions by preparing materials, managing logistics, and assisting facilitators.
- Maintain accurate records, attendance sheets, and activity documentation.
- Capture photographs and collect success stories from project activities (with appropriate consent).
- Help prepare reports and other project-related documents.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, local authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders when required.
- Support relief distribution and emergency response activities during natural disasters or humanitarian crises.
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of Moner Alo Society within the community.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity, privacy, and rights of beneficiaries.
- Follow organizational policies, safeguarding principles, and the volunteer code of conduct.
- Represent Moner Alo Society professionally and ethically at all times.
- Perform any other volunteer-related duties assigned by the organization.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Passion for community service and humanitarian work.
- Interest in mental health, education, youth development, or social welfare.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet browsing) are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within project areas when required.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
- Previous volunteering or community engagement experience will be considered an added advantage.
