About
About Moner Alo Society
Moner Alo Society is a voluntary, non-political, and non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of humanity. We aim to promote mental health awareness and services, alleviate poverty, expand educational opportunities, provide basic healthcare, and deliver relief during natural disasters. Our mission is to create a compassionate and inclusive society where every individual, especially the underprivileged, neglected, orphaned, and differently-abled, receives care, respect, and the opportunity to thrive.
Operating across remote areas of Rajshahi district, Moner Alo Society has already implemented various impactful initiatives. These include raising mental health awareness in schools, colleges, and communities; conducting anti-drug campaigns; preventing child marriage; and improving life skills among vulnerable populations. We recognize that mental health challenges often stem from factors like delayed childhood development, malnutrition, lack of proper care, illiteracy, poverty, unemployment, family conflict, emotional trauma, domestic violence, dowry pressure, and marital discord. These issues not only affect mental well-being but also contribute to broader social and physical problems.
In a society where countless people silently struggle with illness, poverty, natural disasters, and social instability, Moner Alo Society is committed to being a voice for the unheard. We believe in listening with empathy, standing beside those in need, and working together to build a healthier, more resilient community.
