Officer Sales

NDP Agro Industries Ltd., a concern of National Development Programme (NDP) engaged in Animal Nutrition & Feed Manufacturing (Cattle, Poultry & Fish Feed), is seeking 07 energetic, target-oriented male professionals for the position of Officer Sales. The Officer Sales will implement sales and marketing activities across assigned field territories, expand dealer/distributor networks, drive product sales, and ensure timely receivables collection. 

Job Location: Bogura, Joypurhat, Kushtia, Naogaon, Natore, Pabna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Sirajganj 

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cattle, poultry, and fish feed products in the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, retailer, and farmer network to increase market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, monitor competitor activities, analyze pricing, and identify business opportunities.
• Collect orders and follow up on outstanding payments for timely receivable collections.
• Organize and participate in farmer/dealer meetings, promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and technical seminars.
• Provide basic technical support and product guidance to customers in coordination with the Technical/Marketing team.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, visit, and competitor intelligence reports.
• Coordinate with distribution, production, and accounts departments for smooth sales execution.

• Educational Degree: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant sales experience in the animal feed industry are also considered.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales and marketing (preferably in animal feed, poultry, livestock, fisheries, or agro-input). Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Gender & Age: Male candidates aged 22 to 35 years.
• Key Skills: Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, basic computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel), and willingness to travel extensively. Holding a valid motorcycle driving license is preferred.
