Sales Representative

Noor Surgical (By Soft Healthcare), a trusted supplier of surgical instruments, medical equipment, hospital furniture, and healthcare consumables based in Bogura, is hiring energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Representatives to promote and expand its medical products across assigned territories.

• Visit pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals within assigned territories.
• Promote and sell the company's healthcare and medical products.
• Acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage objectives.
• Collect orders, ensure timely product delivery, and follow up on customer payments when necessary.
• Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales tracking reports, and updates for the customer database.
• Participate in product training programs, promotional campaigns, and company meetings

• Minimum Education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
• Experience: At least 2 years in the Medical Equipment business area (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Gender & Age: Male candidates aged 20 to 35 years.
• Key Skills: Proper knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and smartphone applications for business operations.
• Owning a motorcycle with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
