Job Title: FINANCE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Mahi Engineering Automobiles Ltd., a growing automobile workshop and engineering services company, is hiring a Finance & Accounts Executive to independently manage daily accounting, financial planning, workshop billing, inventory control, and VAT/Tax compliance at its Baridhara office in Dhaka. 

• Maintain daily accounting transactions, cash/bank logs, ledger accounts, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and management reports.
• Manage workshop service billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, purchases, consumption patterns, and stock reconciliation.
• Calculate job costing, analyze profitability, and oversee cash flow and budgeting.
• Ensure full statutory compliance with Bangladesh VAT, Tax, TDS, VDS, and AIT regulations.
• Coordinate with internal auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain internal control procedures, manage financial documentation, and lead the junior accounts team.

• Educational qualification: CA (CC), CMA, or ACCA background will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts (experience in automobile workshop, engineering, or trading business preferred).
• Core knowledge: Strong command over Bangladesh VAT, Tax, TDS, VDS, and AIT compliance.
• Technical skills: High proficiency in MS Excel, ERP platforms, and accounting software.
• Key competencies: Strong analytical thinking, financial reporting, communication, team leadership, and ability to manage finance functions independently.
