Synapse International., a leading supplier of medical equipment, is hiring an Accounts cum Store Manager for its Sirajganj location to handle day-to-day accounting activities alongside store, inventory, and stock management.
✅ Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions, manage invoices, vouchers, and maintain financial records.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, cash/bank transactions, and prepare routine financial reports.
- Manage store operations, keep accurate stock registers, and process product documentation.
- Track stock levels and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Service teams for timely inventory replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with ledger data.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of medical equipment and accessories.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's / Honors degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in accounting, store, warehouse, or inventory control (experience in medical equipment, healthcare, or trading sector preferred).
- Age: At least 25 years.
- Key competencies: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, strong numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
