- Bachelor's/Honors degree.
- 3–7 years of experience in Immigration/Visa Processing.
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong client service, communication, and counseling skills.
