Sales And Customer Care Executive

Shahi Goods E-com is seeking enthusiastic male candidates for the position of Sales And Customer Care Executive in Rajshahi. The role involves providing customer service via calls, emails, and chat, resolving queries, and managing customer support operations for an e-commerce platform. Only permanent residents of Rajshahi district are eligible to apply. 

• Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break).
• Provide customer service and assistance via phone calls, email, and chat.
• Handle customer complaints attentively and take initiative for fast resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and report findings to relevant departments.
• Offer information regarding company products and services to clients.

• Educational qualification: HSC, Diploma, Bachelor/Honors, or Master's.
• Age must be between 22 and 27 years.
• Gender: Male only.
• Eligibility: Only permanent residents of Rajshahi district.
• Freshers can apply.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions for problem-solving.
• Computer literacy (especially MS Office) and excellent Bengali communication skills (verbal and written).
• Teamwork skills, prior experience in call centers/customer service, or e-commerce experience will be given preference.

• Starting monthly fixed salary of Tk. 10,000 with scope for sales commission.
• Salary performance reviews half-yearly and performance-based increments.
• 2 Festival Bonuses.
• 3 days of paid leave per month.
