Manager (HR & Compliance)

BD Creation is looking for an experienced and strategic Manager (HR & Compliance) to oversee human resource operations and compliance processes. The role focuses on labor law compliance, international audit management, employee relations, recruitment, and maintaining workplace standards in the handicraft manufacturing and export industry.

• Lead and manage compliance audits, including BSCI, Sedex, ICS, HIGG Index, GRS, and Buyer Code of Conduct audits.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Bangladesh Labor Law.
• Identify compliance gaps, conduct internal mock audits, and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
• Maintain compliance documentation, certificates, and registers.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
• Manage employee performance appraisal systems.
• Identify training needs and monitor training programs.
• Promote workplace health, safety, and compliance awareness.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.

• MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the handicraft business sector.
• Age between 24 and 35 years.

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer Codes of Conduct.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of HRIS, HR database management, and payroll management.
