NY Home Care Services is hiring an Employee Attendance Coordinator (Remote) to verify attendance records, maintain reports, ensure data accuracy, and support attendance management processes while working remotely.
✅ Responsibilities
- Verify and review employee attendance records accurately.
- Cross-check attendance data for inconsistencies or missing information.
- Update and maintain attendance reports using MS Excel.
- Communicate with relevant teams when clarification is required.
- Complete assigned verification tasks on time.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure reporting accuracy.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Bachelor of Science (BSc).
- Maximum 1 year of experience.
- Experience in Call Center or Telecommunication is preferred.
- Only female candidates are eligible.
- Age: 22 to 34 years.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and formatting).
- Must have a personal computer or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
🎁 Benefits
- Monthly salary: Tk. 15,000–20,000.
- Two festival bonuses.
