Deputy Manager / Manager (Transport)

M/S Raju Auto Rice Mills, a concern of Erfan Group, is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager / Manager (Transport) to lead transport operations, oversee fleet management, supervise drivers and transport staff, ensure vehicle compliance, and maintain efficient transportation services.

• Supervise transport operations, drivers, and transport supervisors.
• Manage vehicle registration, fitness, tax token, route permits, and other BRTA-related documentation.
• Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure routine inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of company vehicles.
• Coordinate accident handling, insurance claims, and vehicle recovery.
• Maintain vehicle tracking through VTS and monitor fleet movement.
• Prepare monthly maintenance cost reports and transport budgets.
• Maintain a complete database of company vehicles and legal documents.
• Recruit and supervise transport division staff.
• Develop efficient transport management systems and resolve fleet-related issues.
• Ensure uninterrupted transportation and distribution activities.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) or Diploma in Automobile.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Group of Companies, Automobile, Cement Industry, or Auto Rice Mill sectors.
• Age: 45–55 years.
• Strong knowledge of transport management, fleet maintenance, and BRTA regulations.
• Skills in logistics coordination, vehicle maintenance, fleet management, vehicle tracking systems, fuel management, inventory management, and reporting.
