Coordinator - Quality & Technical

ZXY International is looking for a Coordinator - Quality & Technical to support the Quality team by coordinating inspection schedules, monitoring quality activities, maintaining reports, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.

• Coordinate inspection schedules and quality activities.
• Maintain supplier, factory, and quality records.
• Prepare quality reports and presentations.
• Follow up with suppliers and Quality Assurance Managers.
• Maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and documentation.
• Support process improvement and departmental communication.
• Coordinate meetings and monitor factory quality performance.

• Graduate in Textile Manufacturing and Technology.
• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Coordination within a garment factory or buying house.
• Knowledge of apparel quality and compliance.
• Good reporting, presentation, and data management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
