LA`AM Ltd. is looking for a proactive Call Centre Executive (Telesales) to handle customer inquiries, manage online sales operations, convert leads into sales, and deliver excellent customer service. The position includes morning and evening shifts.
✅ Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Manage customer communication through phone, chat, and social media.
- Convert online inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve daily online sales targets.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain high call quality standards.
- Conduct proactive customer outreach.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Recommend improvements to sales and customer service processes.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Higher Secondary, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Telecommunication.
- Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Only male candidates are eligible.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in morning (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) or evening (1:00 PM–10:00 PM) shifts.
🎁 Benefits
- Monthly salary: Tk. 16,000.
