Masco Group, a leading 100% export-oriented composite knit garments conglomerate, is seeking an energetic Assistant Merchandiser to handle sample development, buyer communication, accessory bookings, and operational execution in Gazipur.
✅ Responsibilities
- Lead sample development and follow-up activities with buyers and production teams.
- Manage all booking procedures and coordinate continuously with cross-functional internal departments.
- Communicate directly with buyers regarding production statuses, approvals, and order specs.
- Maintain and track the Time and Action (T&A) calendar to meet shipment deadlines.
- Execute bulk trim and accessory bookings.
- Support the assigned merchandising team with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Educational qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Master of Science (MSc).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in Garments, Textile, or a Group of Companies (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Age: 22 to 30 years.
- Key competencies: Garments marketing & merchandising, collaboration, effective communication, and computer literacy.
