Passionate World Limited is hiring 2 motivated candidates for the remote position of Appointment Setter (Telemarketing / Telesales) based in Rajshahi. The role focuses on connecting with prospects, booking qualified meetings for company leadership, and managing lead follow-ups.
✅ Responsibilities
- Call potential leads, prospects, and interested individuals daily.
- Book qualified appointments and meetings for the founder or sales closer.
- Follow up with leads across calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
- Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up reports.
- Communicate company service values clearly to filter out unqualified leads.
- Coordinate and confirm meeting schedules while building prospect relationships.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Bachelor's or Honors degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience (preferably in Edtech Startups), though freshers can also apply.
- Age 25 to 30 years.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and phone presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, follow-up discipline, and CRM/Google Sheets management.
