Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager (Estimation Engineer)

Unimass Holdings Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Estimation Engineer for building construction. The candidate will be appointed as a Sr. Executive or Assistant Manager and will focus on construction budgeting, cost estimation, and structural/architectural cost control within the real estate development sector.

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and finalize project costs using both manual calculations and ERP software.
• Conduct all types of rate analysis and prepare detailed project cost estimates across structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing categories.
• Review, verify, and forward material purchase requisitions for all ongoing projects in accordance with the approved BOQ.
• Visit project locations to perform progress-based budget analysis and conduct market surveys to collect current material rates.
• Maintain tight project cost controls per BOQ baselines and implement updates or revisions to estimates as required.
• Read and interpret diverse technical drawings and visit fabrication workshops for metalwork oversight.
• Coordinate across internal departments and generate varied analytical reports as requested by management.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years (or above) of professional experience in cost estimation and construction budgeting.
• Essential past experience working directly within the Real Estate and Property Developer business sectors.
• Mandatory software proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, and ERP applications.
• Solid understanding of modern construction materials, methods, and architectural specifications.
