📝 Job Context / Description

Zaynax Health Ltd, a subsidiary of Zaynax Limited, is a fast-growing digital healthcare and telemedicine service provider dedicated to delivering accessible and reliable healthcare solutions across Bangladesh. The organization is seeking a qualified, high-integrity professional for the role of Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Accounts & Admin. The selected candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure rigorous VAT & tax compliance, lead financial reporting, manage vendor and patient billing systems, and supervise administrative coordination to maintain absolute financial accuracy and legal compliance. 

✅ Responsibilities

  • Financial Accuracy & Record Management: Maintain precise records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment transactions. Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts with minimal to zero errors while maintaining meticulous financial documentation and filing structures.
  • Compliance, VAT & Tax: Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports. Handle the preparation and calculation of VAT returns, tax deductions, and associated schedules, ensuring timely submissions in strict compliance with Bangladesh regulations.
  • Audit Handling & Legal Compliance: Assist actively in internal and external audits, respond to audit queries, and help design/implement audit plans, audit procedures, and overall accounting systems. Ensure absolute compliance with legal and regulatory issues.
  • Payment & Vendor Management: Verify invoices and supporting structural documentation before processing timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and partners. Establish and maintain professional relationships with external service providers.
  • Patient Billing & Refund Handling: Oversee accurate patient billing frameworks aligned with telemedicine services. Process customer refunds and billing adjustments within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve any billing discrepancies effectively.
  • Confidentiality & Administrative Support: Securely handle physical and digital documents to preserve the confidentiality of sensitive financial and patient-related data. Provide administrative support and cross-functional coordination to the HR and Operations teams.
  • Teamwork & Process Improvement: Work collaboratively with internal HR, Operations, Call Center, and Management teams on corporate campaigns and cross-functional initiatives while proactively recommending system improvements.

🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills

  • Education: Must hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, a Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance & Banking, or a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid professional experience in Accounts & Admin is mandatory.
  • Industry Background: Past experience in the business fields of Healthcare/Lifestyle products, Hospitals, or IT Enabled Services is required. Specific exposure to healthcare, telemedicine, or service-based organizations will be treated as an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Must possess practical, hands-on experience in VAT & Tax preparation, calculation, and submission. Highly proficient in MS Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and accounting software packages. Being an Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) is preferred.
  • Age & Gender: Age must range strictly between 28 to 35 years old. Only male candidates are permitted to apply.
  • Competencies: Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and tax regulations; robust analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills; accompanied by a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
