Senior Executive - Procurement

Job General Description: National Development Engineers Ltd. (NDE) is looking for a proactive, energetic, and self-motivated professional for the position of Senior Executive/Executive - Procurement. The role involves sourcing reliable vendors, negotiating contracts, managing the supply chain, and ensuring timely delivery of construction materials.

• Source, engage, and negotiate with reliable suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms of pricing, quality, and quantity.
• Collect price quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and obtain purchase approvals.
• Manage purchase orders, confirm timely delivery of goods, and coordinate with the store to verify quality and quantity.
• Oversee supply chain management, perform risk assessments on contracts, and analyze costs to reduce overall expenses.
• Conduct market surveys to develop alternative suppliers and build long-term vendor relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and oversee inventory supply levels.

• Bachelor/Honors degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of procurement and supply chain experience, preferably within Engineering Firms.
• Prior experience in the construction business and sand procurement knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction/finishing materials (sanitary items, brick, sand) and local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and dynamic leadership skills.
• Age: At least 26 years.
