Scientific Officer (Quality Control)

Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Ltd. is looking for a Scientific Officer (Quality Control) to oversee quality control activities in bull semen production, laboratory operations, and livestock health management while maintaining quality standards and biosecurity.

• Monitor bull health and manage herd health activities.
• Supervise bull semen collection, processing, preservation, and quality assurance.
• Conduct microbiological tests and sperm quality analysis.
• Prepare and analyze quality control reports and laboratory records.
• Ensure proper management of quarantine bulls and health monitoring.
• Maintain biosecurity standards and supervise farm personnel.
• Implement ISO 9001:2015 quality management procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.

• DVM, BSc in Veterinary & Animal Husbandry, BSc in Animal Husbandry, or relevant qualification (MS preferred).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in semen quality control and bovine semen production.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
