AL-HAYAT AGRO FEED LIMITED is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its feed sales operations across Bangladesh. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, expanding dealer networks, and driving business growth in the feed industry.
✅ Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans.
- Lead and monitor sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Build strong relationships with farmers and customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure collection of outstanding payments and maintain credit control.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams.
- Organize dealer meetings, promotional events, and product campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Bachelor's/Honors or Master's degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agro or feed industry.
- Only male candidates are eligible.
- Minimum age: 30 years.
- Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, communication, and dealer management skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and travel across Bangladesh.
