Operations Officer

Apollo Imperial Hospitals, a prominent and reputed healthcare facility in Chattogram, is looking for professional and energetic candidates for the position of Operations Officer / Sr. Officer (Operations - IPD). The primary focus of this role is to efficiently manage Inpatient Department (IPD) operations, supervise patient services, ensure cross-departmental coordination, and uphold quality healthcare delivery standard operating procedures. 

• Supervise and smoothly coordinate day-to-day IPD operational tasks.
• Manage and streamline the complete cycle of patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed allocation networks.
• Maintain active coordination with medical consultants, nursing modules, diagnostic rooms, and auxiliary support teams to enable seamless care.
• Monitor frontline healthcare delivery quality, ensuring total compliance with internal hospital policies, SOPs, and accreditation requirements.
• Deal with patient and attendant complaints or inquiries in a prompt, helpful, and professional manner.
• Draft administrative operational reports and manage a precise archive of files and records.
• Assist in rolling out internal quality improvement initiatives and process optimization goals.
• Monitor and ensure the optimal utilization of staff manpower and resource layout across the IPD wing.
• Execute any other administrative or operational tasks assigned by hospital management.

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid professional background.
• Prior mandatory experience working specifically within the Hospital sector is required.
• Candidate age must range strictly between 25 to 40 years old.
• Proven skills in core Operations and IPD management tracks.
• Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities.
