📝 Job Context / Description

ICS Legal, an award-winning legal firm for UK visas and immigration, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and fluent English-speaking Office Manager (Market Manager) to manage a multi-storey market facility in Golapganj, Sylhet. The ideal candidate will possess a background combining legal and accounts experience in a similar capacity, taking responsibility for complete tenant relations, property maintenance, lease record coordination, and daily operational oversight. 

✅ Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-storey retail market facility and property operations located in Sylhet.
  • Create comprehensive market operational policies, day-to-day administrative processes, and strategic tenant/leaseholder management systems.
  • Handle active communication with tenants and drive the commercial sales/leasing of open shop units.
  • Collect accurate tenant details and systematically refer all formal lease agreements to the Director for approval.
  • Execute timely rent recovery protocols and oversee ongoing market facility maintenance tasks.
  • Work closely with, guide, and supervise the existing market staff members.
  • Provide detailed periodic operational status and financial updates to the Director.
  • Draft official correspondence, handle incoming emails, and manage digital communications via Microsoft Word and email clients.

🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills

  • Must hold a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years of specific experience in a highly similar position.
  • Past experience operating within shopping malls or major retail shop/showroom business areas is mandatory.
  • Age must range between 30 to 40 years old.
  • Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
  • Strict Language Requirement: You must be completely able to converse, read, write, and speak fluent English, as the entire recruitment interview will be conducted in English.
  • Strong computer literacy, including intermediate email usage, word processing, and experience utilizing CRM software.
  • Prior experience dealing with basic legal and accounting tasks in property management roles is preferred.

🎁 Benefits

  • Monthly salary: Tk. 20,000 - 25,000.
