✅ Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all research and development activities.
- Design and implement product trial protocols.
- Coordinate laboratory and field trials across different locations and crops.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret trial data.
- Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations for product development.
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support innovation and product commercialization.

🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an agro-based company.
- Minimum age: 35 years.
- Strong expertise in research and development, project management, data collection, and technical reporting.
