TM Assets Limited is looking for an experienced Manager (Front Desk) to oversee front desk operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage visitor relations, and coordinate with internal departments to maintain smooth office operations.
✅ Responsibilities
- Supervise all front desk and reception activities.
- Welcome clients, investors, visitors, and business partners professionally.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and visitor experience.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
- Maintain visitor records and security procedures.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with walk-in clients.
- Coordinate customer inquiries with the CRM team.
- Supervise front desk executives and reception staff.
- Manage courier services, mail handling, and document distribution.
- Arrange hospitality services for VIP clients and corporate events.
- Prepare daily visitor reports and front desk activity summaries.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Security departments.
- Develop front office SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Bachelor's/Honors degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Minimum age: 30 years.
- Strong experience in front desk management, customer service, visitor management, and team supervision.
