Lecturer - Physics

BRAC University is seeking qualified candidates to join the Department of Mathematics & Physical Sciences (MPS) as a Lecturer in Physics. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education within an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework. 

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching in Physics courses.
• Support and guide students in their academic development and assigned course activities.
• Review and enhance course OBE guidelines each semester.
• Contribute to curriculum development, student assessments, and overall departmental initiatives.
• Assist with broader institutional and departmental academic activities as required.

• Master's degree in Physics from a reputed institution.
• Candidates possessing a foreign Master's degree will be given preference.
• Strong foundation in Physics with a proven ability to teach required courses effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a diverse academic environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and relevant digital academic tools.
• Adaptability, initiative, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
