Junior Officer (Semen Collection and Bull Management)

Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Ltd. is seeking a Junior Officer (Semen Collection and Bull Management) to support breeding bull management, semen collection operations, livestock care, and farm activities while ensuring proper record keeping and quality standards.

• Monitor breeding bulls regularly and report health issues.
• Identify and maintain records of breeding bulls.
• Prepare equipment and assist in semen collection operations.
• Manage feeding schedules and maintain feed stock records.
• Supervise bull exercise and routine farm activities.
• Assist veterinarians with vaccination, deworming, hoof trimming, and other treatments.
• Perform sheath washing before semen collection.
• Record monthly bull weights and phenotypic measurements.
• Assist in semen delivery from the laboratory.
• Maintain accurate farm records and implement ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

• HSC (Science) or Diploma in Livestock/Agriculture (preferred).
• 1–2 years of practical experience in Artificial Insemination (AI) and livestock treatment is preferred.
• Experience in agro-based organizations.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Relevant technical training will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of livestock management, nutrition, and record keeping.
