Junior Officer (Extension Service)

Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Ltd. is looking for a Junior Officer (Extension Service) to provide field-level technical support, coordinate contract farming activities, and promote livestock breeding services across Bangladesh.

• Maintain regular communication with contract farmers and conduct field visits.
• Collect and verify livestock and farm records.
• Prepare and maintain contract farming documentation.
• Collect progeny data, photographs, and animal performance information.
• Monitor calf growth and verify milk production records.
• Perform pregnancy diagnosis and assist with livestock health monitoring.
• Coordinate vaccination and treatment programs with veterinarians.
• Liaise with AI service providers and other stakeholders.
• Organize farmer meetings, awareness campaigns, and training sessions.
• Prepare field reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
• Ensure implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards.

• HSC (Science) or Diploma in Livestock/Agriculture (preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in agro-based organizations.
• Practical experience in Artificial Insemination (AI) and livestock treatment will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Training in Artificial Insemination (AI) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across contract farming areas.
