Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (SK+F), one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh, is seeking a competent and driven Executive - HR Operations. As a pioneering pharmaceutical company with prestigious international approvals—including US FDA, UK MHRA, EU GMP, TGA Australia, VMD UK, Brazil ANVISA, and South Africa SAHPRA—Eskayef is looking for an individual to facilitate smooth employee onboarding, maintain flawless HR records, support payroll administration, and ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and national labor laws.
✅ Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system access setup to ensure a smooth joining process.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and related documentation in HR systems as well as physical personnel files.
- Administer attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate tracking and full compliance with company policies.
- Support payroll processing and execute related financial transactions upon adjustment of leave, attendance, and other employee data.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including clearance procedures, documentation, and coordination with relevant internal departments.
- Ensure total compliance with company HR policies, standard labor laws, and internal operational procedures.
- Provide necessary HR administrative and logistics support, including coordinating ID cards, managing office access, drafting official letters, and coordinating employee transport.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- BBA with a major in Finance, Accounts, or HR.
- Candidates with CA-CC or who are CA partly qualified will receive an added advantage to assist in payroll processing.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a reputed company is preferred; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medicine industry is highly valued.
- Strong expertise in HR operations, employee management, general administration, and human resource management.
